The services provided by the Firm includes the following; project/infrastructure planning, feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, environmental/social impact assessments, project supervision/management, research, training and development. The firm employs high level of professionals in the execution of all its projects. Our highly trained staff members ensure that Client service contracts are always carried out in reliable, professional and cost-effective way.
PEC currently operates in Ghana and also collaborates with other International Consulting Firms to undertake projects on behalf of its Clients. PEC provides, and is constantly adapting its services to respond to most urgent development needs of its Client. Its flexible internal administrative structure allows it to form dynamic multi-disciplinary teams, offering tailored-made solutions.

The Managing Director of PEC CONSULT LIMITED, Ing. Emmanuel Obeng Atuah bring over two decades of unwavering commitment to excellence in the field of engineering. His academic journey has been enriched by a Master of Science in Water Resources Engineering Management from the prestigious University of Glasgow, UK, coupled with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School at Heriot-Watt University, UK. Ing. Obeng’s foundational knowledge in Civil Engineering was cultivated at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, Ghana, where I earned my Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree.
As a professional Ing. Obeng’s trajectory has been marked by a relentless pursuit of expertise, blending the precision of engineering with the strategic acumen acquired through his MBA. Throughout his career, he has been a driving force in steering engineering consultancy projects towards success, embracing cutting-edge methodologies and harnessing the power of collaborative innovation.
